• Over 10 Years of progressive IT experience in applications administration, which includes implementation, configuration, customization, upgrade, and maintenance of PeopleSoft application/PeopleTools for HRMS, CRM, Portal, FN, and EP modules.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in installing, configuring, and administrating PeopleSoft server components like PeopleSoft Application Servers, Process Scheduler Servers, Web Server, File Server, Tuxedo, JRockit, WebLogic Servers, PIA (PeopleSoft Internet Architecture), Application Messaging, and Integration Broker.
• Many years of experience in requirement gathering and analysis, technical design, implementation methodologies, conversion/interface strategies, data mapping, testing, deployment, tuning, and troubleshooting.
• 3 years of experience as Lawson administrator for Finance.
• Solid understanding of capacity planning, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
• Working experience in installing, configuring, and administrating Configuration/Change Management tools (PUM, Change Assistance, STAT, and Phire) and Applications Monitoring tools (OEM and Foglight).
• Great knowledge of DOD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and CAT audit to secure applications and server vulnerability.
• Experience with Real Application Clusters (RAC) and Grid Infrastructure installation and management. Knowledge of ASM disk management.
• Experience using OEM to manage and monitor multiple database/application performance and configured OEM to notify alerts for various system issues.
• Experience in managing Oracle instance, administering users and security, and managing schema objects (data pump – Export and import database objects).
• Great knowledge in RMAN database backup, database recovery, and database refreshes.
• Excellent communication, analysis, time management, and problem-solving skills. Short learning curve and strong teamwork spirit with excellent leadership qualities.
